How can we help?

General answers about dthinkr — what the platform is, what each plan includes, how your account works, and what happens to your data.

Getting started

What dthinkr is, who it is for, and what you need before your first project.

dthinkr is an AI-assisted workspace for design thinking. It walks a team through the Double Diamond — Discover, Define, Develop and Deliver — with a purpose-built agent for each step, so research, ideation and prototyping stay in one place instead of scattered across slide decks and sticky notes.

dthinkr’s intuitive interface and AI-guided steps make design thinking easy for beginners. Start creating user-centric solutions without any prior expertise!

Entrepreneurs, product managers, marketers, teams across industries, and students from education institutes can innovate with dthinkr. Its AI empowered tools enable anyone to create user-centric solutions.

No. dthinkr runs in the browser. You need a current version of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox, and an internet connection. Nothing is installed locally, and your projects follow you to any device once you sign in.

Plans & billing

What each plan includes, how to change it, and how invoicing works.

A free account keeps the dthinkr Academy foundation tier — the six-lesson course that covers the whole Double Diamond — plus this Help Centre. A paid subscription adds the workspace itself: the dashboard, every agent, the step-by-step tutorials, and the Academy practitioner tier.

Upgrades take effect immediately. To cancel, contact us before your next renewal date: you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. We do not renew by silence, and a charge made in error is refunded in full.

Yes. We work with schools, universities and innovation teams on seat-based pricing, and we can invoice against a purchase order. Tell us the number of seats and the term length through the contact form and we will send a quote.

Account & access

Signing in, changing your details, and closing your account.

You can sign in with an email address and password, or with your Google account. Both reach the same workspace — if the email address matches, the accounts are linked.

Open Account settings from the dashboard. Email and password changes are made there. If you signed up with Google, your password is managed by Google and dthinkr never stores one.

Write to us through the contact form from the email address on the account and we will delete the account together with its projects. Deletion is permanent, so export anything you want to keep first.

Data & privacy

Who can see your work, where it is stored, and how it is used.

Only you. Projects and chats are private to the account that created them and are not visible to other members or to the public. Anyone with your sign-in can see them, so keep your credentials to yourself.

No. Your prompts, uploads and generated artifacts are not used to train models — neither ours nor a provider’s. Content is sent to a model provider only to produce the response you asked for.

Project data lives in a managed Postgres database and cloud file storage, encrypted in transit and at rest. Our privacy policy sets out the retention periods and your rights in full.

Training & support

Where to learn the method, where to learn the product, and how to reach us.

The Academy teaches the design-thinking method itself and is free for any signed-in member. For the product, the Tutorials section walks through each agent step by step; that content is included with a paid subscription.

Join the dthinkr Community Hub to connect with innovators and attend webinars. Also follow us on our social media for the latest updates on our innovative features!

We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday, Hong Kong time. Include the project name and what you expected to happen — it usually saves a round trip.
